The staff at the reception desk were fast and friendly. The hotel's location is amazing and unbeatable, close to the metro station, Republic square, and the airport. I enjoyed a meal at Belvedere Grill Room, located a short distance from the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very accomadating and tried to help where they could.

The hotel was overpriced for what it offered. While it was a nice business hotel the facilities were limited and charging an additional $20 for internet when you already charge $325/night just seems like a money grab.

Very polite staff, service is excellent! The room was clean, 30 tv channels, Wi-fi in the room.

Wi-fi is not free of charge, breakfast is not included. Usually in hotels of such type all is included.

In the regular room here, you'll find all the basic stuff like a central heating system, a flat-screen TV, and a safe. the breakfast spread was not only reasonable but also top-notch! And let's not forget the super friendly service 😉.

By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Almaty, had much fun and met really helpful and very very helpful staff at the reception desk. We got great-sized and extremely pleasant standard room in a good condition as an upgrade, nice gesture. The offered breakfast was reasonable and rich and included good choice of options.

We loved our good-sized, extremely pleasant room in great condition. the breakfast was reasonable, with a fantastic selection of excellent food. the location was nice and ideal, around a 10-15 minute walk from Republic Square.

The hotel staff is multilanguage, very helpful and friendly. The standard quality of Holiday Inn chain. Very good room service. Nice view - mountains or a city street.

Need to note that room cleaning should be improved. The track of mascara on the windows was left as a greeting from a previous guest, I think :)
